Or just go to ask.com and type in the question. You might be ok just posting the sign, but like others here are telling you, if you actually shoot somebody you could have problems. | Anonymous Coward User ID: 27603250 12/04/2012 10:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Recently an elderly man shot 2 teenagers robbing houses in his neighborhood when they went through his basement window, he is now awaiting charges of murder, that is Minnesota. A few years ago an intoxicated male made a mistake in a college town and walked in the wrong house and a man shot him dead when he walked thru his screen door, that was okay in South Dakota. All states are different, I have friends that have CNC permits and they seem more non nonchalant than regular hunters that have firearms, unless you have had prior military experience shooting someone you cannot say how you will react in a situation, I feel many situations in the past around this country could of been avoided and those souls which made a mistake may have learned from the situation. Judgement is critical in those situations and from what I hear, there is quite a lack of it. |

How would a 'non-lethal round' affect a shooting charge (ie rock salt instead of lead pellets. Last Edited by MHz on 12/04/2012 10:34 PM |

And no, the prosecution will use it as evidence of your premeditation. Put up a sign that says "Handicapped Minority Victim Inside". It will be much more valuable at your trial. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27603250 Do you know whether or not this robbery happened at night? Even in the Bible, GOD says we can legally kill someone who breaks into our homes at night. If a thief is found breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no bloodguilt for him, but if the sun has risen on him, there shall be bloodguilt for him. He shall surely pay. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft. (Exodus 22:2-3 ESV) This is supposed to be a nation under GOD! Even if the nation isn't, that doesn't mean it's citizens aren't. Hopefully, the accused party knows his bible. |
