Will toss it in microwave for a minute to quicken the defrost going to fire up the gas grill, throw that sucker on there, 6 minutes each side, flipping only once. Nice medium, with a bit of pink. Of course i always do a red pepper seasoning rub, and general season all before i cook it. Let the meat "rest" 5 minutes, while i heat up some green beans, and heat up the mashed taters i had in the fridge ..speaking of that, what im fixin to do right now! |
