welp, I've just chucked some spuds and pumpkin in the oven to roast with yummy moroccan spices on em. Then I was thinkin about steaming up some broccoli and cauliflower, boilin up a few chickpeas, throwin it altogether with some spinach and couscous, then I was thinkin maybe toastin up some pinenuts and whackin that on top.

Might be a nice feed tonight.
