Extreme highs. Extreme lows.

Extreme high would be those days everything goes right, the bus is on time, you find some money on the ground, you get a date.

Extreme lows, watching someone die.


Pretty meh overall, I like life but the one Ive experienced sucked more then any emo or yahoo questions teenager would know.

Torture. Through and through. Like any other idiot chasing the truth and truth alone. Meditation is my only escape. Like some kind of roller coaster, up up up to divine grace, down down down to sick reality.

Mine have never been extreme high or low, sure periods of extreme sadness due to lifes unfortunate events.
But im not an extreme high/low person, if I won 10 million bucks I would probably think oh ok cool that's good not go all crazy.
But overall with life ive had a negative experience, and it seems to be other people which cause the negative experiences to others.
To make their own lives better.

Perspective, attitude and expectations.

Mostly negative...but recently semi-positive.

You can't have a positive day with a negative attitude... and you can't have a negative day with a positive attitude.

Maybe perception but living in reality you can't deny the negative although maybe not dwell on it but still denying it is what the nasty people do.
The people who think they have a positive experience with life, but are actually only getting that from hurting others.

This isn't about any God or God head or higher being this is about you and your experience with life.

You can't have a positive day denying reality either that isn't really a positive day its a delusion.
Its how you deal with reality that determines your attitude.

Attitude is nothing. Environment is everything. Attitude arises from environment. We can use meditation and/or psychoactive drugs to get high as much as we want, but at the end of the day we still crash into what was there all along.

I get that but when I get the positive reality, I still know it will eventually end up negative.
But it doesn't get me down, its like im always preparing for the inevitable, which is living in reality.

People who think if they think something will happen it will, are delusional.
Because it will happen no matter what they think.

People with positive attitudes get hit by buses..........

Generally yes, although I'm burned out by the routine of it.

Was a nice place to spend a lifetime, but I don't plan on reincarnation.

Everyone misses being a child. The 90's rocked for those who experienced it.

short lived positives with long dismal negatives. It mostly is pretty miserable so maybe in retrospect the positives only seem more than what they were in hopes that my life was something greater than it actually appears to be. Now that i think about it maybe my shitty life is better than if my life was nullified or none at all. but i guess that is just wishful, positive thinking.

Interesting would be the best way to categorize mine.

Childhood like something out of a horror movie. Shut that door hard and as long as I don't peek at it adult life has been pretty good.

Kind of boring after that, minimal drama and trauma, more money would be nice. The fact that I'm still alive and functional and optimistic is because someone or something up there or out there has always been watching out for me.

I'm thinking it will only get better from here and have always felt from an early age that I chose or agreed to a rough beginning for a happy ending.

Yeah that's kinds of like me short lived positives longer miserable.
But I guess its been 36 years of this for me so I just fail to give a fuck about it anymore so I take it better than some.

Shutting the door isn't dealing with it that is blocking it out of conscious reality, but its still there affecting you.
Do you take pleasure in seeing other people hurt?

Its been an extreme roller coaster ride with high peaks and very very low valleys. Unfortunately right now I am in one of those low valleys, the lowest of the low, but I expect the gears to click and things to start rising again any day now......

I bet if we studies the positive vs negative people we would find the ones who think its been positive take pleasure in others pain.
And the ones who have had negative care about others and are sad at others pain.
I bet it would be this way some how.

I love to lay down and drift and remember the high points of my life - the pure bliss moments that I think we all have.

Usually they were spontaneous moments, not planned, and unable to be recreated...
