Seriously, though, regarding the Pentagon "hit" on 9/11, look at the "punch-out hole" in the 3rd/"C" ring. Then ask yourself this: How does an aluminum aircraft smash through 3 rings (with their accompanying reinforced columns) and maintain its shape to leave a perfectly circular "punchout hole" in the 3rd/"C" ring?

You'll see that it's physically impossible for a commercial airplane to retain its structural integrity after passing through 3 rings (with the support columns shown in the video on the YouTube video above) and leave a perfectly circular "punch-out" hole.

A cruise missile, on the other hand, is designed to achieve maximum impact before detonating its payload.

ALTHOUGH...I guess one could argue that, because airplanes are the only non-avian objects that fly through the air (for all intents and purposes) and since the Pentagon is next to Reagan National Airport, it's understandable that the individual shouted out, "That's not a plane!" in disbelief, because he was shocked at the lack of any plausible alternative (at least in his own mind).

You answered your own question. It was going FASTER than a plane; hence the guy saying: "That wasn't a plane." It was flying, but, like you said, going much too fast to be a plane.

Also, are you aware of several of the witnesses stating that they thought it might've been a commuter plane. That goes to your "size" comment.
