I have learned that a few days ago a man ,a Romanian citizen was tortured and beaten to death in the Romanian Information Service headquaters in Bucharest
The ones quilty must be prosecuted to the full extend of the law and the SRI leadership must be changed
That is My Wish
the secret services believe that they control the country
they took many liberties,inspired by EU who demanded that all ISPs shoudl store all data regarding emails for at leats one year in order to be spied upon
although this is unconstitutional,our Constitution clearly says
-the secrecy of mails,telephone conversations and all postal sends is inviolable
the secret services can only spy with a judicial warrant upon our citizens
and since no charges were bought to justice I wonder what was the legal basis of such warrants in the first place
in many cases they had no legal reason,bound by the Law of the Roman Republic,to do so
and our president encourages them to do so
in april 2005 when the fake kidnapping of journalists in Irak occured
Traian Basescu called all the chiefs of all secret services,7 in number and asked and obtained their resignation
totally despising our Constitution which clearly says that the secret services are under the control of the Parliament not the President
and so he must also be released from duty for he has paid his duty towards the Romanian people and I thank him for that
that is My Wish
