If you don't want people to recycle perfectly good items from trash on the street - take your unwanted goods to a charity shop or recycling plant. That said, there is a big difference between going into somebody's yard and the street. Youre the twat, its againts the law to take items from someones trash in that state. This isnt do as you likey spain. Its still remains the property of the owner untill the trash guys take it, it then is their property by law. You have a binding contract with the trash company. The laws are clerly stated, if you want to take something from someones trash then you need their permission or a court order. Law inforcement agencies need court orders aswell to search your trash. So shut the fuck up and get your facts straight, the OP broke the law, now he has to pay for it.
