Get a job bum, stop going through people's trash...if a bike is abandoned on your property the cops will usually tell you to keep it if you want, unless it's reported stolen but to go through someone's trash is stealing.

Also, nobody likes a camera shoved in their face...you are begging for a police state every time you steal an item or harass cops with cameras...
