My cans sit on my property...the city supplies the cans and they have my address on them, but they DO sit on my property.

I take that back.. you aren't making shit up on the fly... you really are that stupid. LOL, I've been setting my cans in the same spot on my property for 20 years ya dumb fuck...they get emptied every time without fail... because they are on PUBLIC right of way.. not YOUR PROPERTY idiot. holy fuck.. you are either extraordinarily stupid or being intentionally obtuse.. or both. Depends on where the garbage pickup is. In my residential neighborhood, every residence must place their garbage containers out on the street to be picked up by garbage trucks. At my commercial building, the garbage trucks have to come onto my property to empty the dumpster. So it varies from place to place and neighborhood to neighborhood apparently--maybe even with garbage companies.
