The country’s most famous deadbeat dad, Tennessean Desmond Hatchett, has fathered more than 20 children (with 11 women). But Hatchett’s procreation rate has slowed significantly over the past 40 months due to the convicted felon’s status as a ward of state’s Department of Correction.

Ha - knew he was black. Those women just want babies so that they can get money from the government. Then, when the child gets into school, they will find a way to get that child into special ed and once he is labeled disabled, they get a monthly ss check for the kid. Of course, they also want him to pay for the kids, which isn't going to happen, so that's why he's in trouble w/the law. I'm so over this kind of thing - I never saw it until I moved down here to GA and now I see it all the time. I was surprised to see he was in Wisconsin. All these stupid people have to slow down on their procreation rates.

You don't understand. They make reasonable choices. One baby=one room in your mothers welfare apartment. 5 babies= your own welfare house. 1 baby daddy=child support decreases for each child. 5 baby daddy=more child support from each one. Also, you want child support coming in under the table so you can double dip. It takes smarts to figure out the right proportion to have on court ordered child support, paying you under the table, etc.

The men get to rotate through their welfare wives, being fed for sex, borrowing from one to pay the other.

We pay poor people to have children. It is their job. Its how they earn their living. All those babies grow up and become minimum wage workers who have to supplement their income by having welfare babies.

Business benefits because it can pay ridiculously low wages to a very docile work force.

If poor people refused to have welfare babies, wages would rise and business would complain. Welfare keeps people poor and dependent. Business likes it that way.
