Epididymal sperm counts were also significantly reduced in males that had ingested BPA. There were significant reductions in the absolute weights of the testes and seminal vesicles. These results suggest that male fertility and reproduction is impaired by bisphenol A." |

I have one and bought a BPA free water bottle to drink from. Also try and buy food not in plastics, microwaveable meals and canned food has it in. Maybe stuff from your local grocers or butchers won't have BPA packaging. |

Use paper cups or ceramic mugs? Drink from the tap, that's where most bottled water comes from anyway. When I was a kid, there was no such thing as bottled water. Who would pay for water in a little plastic bottle when it was available everywhere for free? Now we have this weird habit of creating permanent environmental waste (water bottles) just to carry around a few gulps worth of water. |

[link to www.bbc.co.uk] Never heard that a high fat diet would cause low sperm count. Seems to me that logically it should signal the body that there's plenty of food and it's a great time to procreate, so it would raise sperm count! Disinfo there? |

I read that SPA uses BPAfree bottles for their water, but it's still PET1 which means that it could contain other substances.. not sure about this Is a water filter enough to filter the fluoride from the tap water? |

Check your bottled water, lately here in the USA most of the bottled water seems to be fluoridated too. That's as of a few years ago. |
