For example for the last decade (AT LEAST) some of the most impoverished African states have received contraception advice, education and support from numerous domestic and international health organizations including the red cross. In fact millions and millions of dollars a year is spent by their governments and through foreign support on just that topic.

You may also be interested to know (if you can read this - if not find an adult to help you) that areas of Africa that do have high birth rate problems, a lot of the time result not from families having to many children but from innocent women, sometimes as young as 10 years old being raped by soldiers from opposing factions and militias as continual border disputes and civil wars go on and on, unchecked by the outside would because we can make too much money selling the warlords new guns and bullets.

China???... Well many areas of China strongly adhere to a government 1 child per family policy due to population concerns (more than our western governments is doing to solve the problem... oh hang on, wait, we're spraying our people with chemicals and making health care to expensive to lower our numbers... so I guess our governments do care just as much....my bad).

Mexico??????.... But if you lowered the Mexican birth rate, how would rich Americans get cheap nannys/gardeners/workers?... and who would they blame for all the drugs flooding the US streets.... that they then go out an buy.... and create the demand in the first place.

India?... Hmmm one of the fastest growing economy's in the world and pretty much supply the entire world with most its top doctors, scientists and all round brainiacs.
