It has been the same since the civil war. TPTB never rescinded the executive order of Lincoln. That is part of the reason these assholes get to do as they please among other reasons. Smoke and mirrors you belong to the Corporation don't ya know.

We all have rights that can not be taken away by any human laws. We have to KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY give up our rights. I totally agree, its very, very deceptive. But, the masses are not aware of details like this, the more people that awaken to these details which are simply overlooked, such as these binding contracts which people enter into so KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY. Once entered into the system you become part of it and are no longer a 'free man'.
