[ link to www.wmbb.com] 62-year-old Mary Ethel Loflin WAS SHOT by the Bay county SWAT team, after firing a warning shot at police on her property without a warrant !!! Where do you get this warning shot bullshit? Look I'll defend your right to own a rifle and gun and whatever you want (within the legal constrictions as placed upon us {like no full autos})but she took two shots and missed him. Yeah ok... there were no words spoken between the two as far as the officer is saying or whatnot... I can't say she didn't get what was coming. She's not a naval vessel firing a warning shot over the bow of another ship... And she certainly could have been aiming into the ground at a 90 degree angle or something... this just straight sounds like bad decision of a crazy lady. (Hence the call to the NATIONAL CRISIS HOTLINE) IT's pretty clear this OP is adding details obviously for attention. I've already made this known to the mods. Calm down. So you two have a difference of opinion. No reason to make a fuss. It appears to me that the old lady called a crisis line probably said some fucked up shit and the crisis line staff sent out the police and then she flipped out. So no, there weren't any warrants. It was a courtesy call, and she lost it! Maybe she was suicidal and caused the incident cause she'd had enough? Done. This isn't an opinion it's mere fact that I spent an hour researching this because I was so angry that it happened to realize that the facts the OP mentioned don't exist anywhere so unless this OP has inside information which I highly doubt!!! This is POST FRAUD. I'm absolutely tired of this junk in GLP and I respect the site to much to continue to let it happen.
