No details were given about the nature of the incidents. Fletcher has been terminated from the New Hanover County Sheriff's Office. A news release sent out Monday night indicates Fletcher is being held on a $15,000 bond. However, the neighboring Brunswick County Jail website indicates Fletcher is being held in that county on no bond.
