That is assuming that the clairvoyant population is of equal abilities and talents. The "no more secrets" idea, a non-reader conception, assumes that people will be able to read each other without control over what is read about themselves, as if the more talented clairvoyants will have no way of controlling what other people see about them by using techniques such as mind blocks, shock techniques or misleading mind chatter.

You should be informed that it's already happening and that no one is allowed to talk about it outside of telepathy.
