Messages are received through energy, the longer the message the more energy goes into your body. When we have blockages, or not grounded, the energy has no where to go.

The energy stays in our system, the pressure it builds on the body feels like King Kong is stepping on you. Having a hard time getting out of bed, but when you do, you feel pressure of being knocked down on the ground.

The energy is trapped in the upper body, you won't be able to release it in the ground because of a blockage, or the crown because most people have it open.
