Traffic violations are a crime.
Quoting: BRIEF Yeah, a crime you commit WHILE you are fleeing. shouldn't be running in the first place, and there won't be any resisting charges, traffic violations, or further trouble. they created a possibility of death the moment they decide to flee from police. and if they didn't do anything wrong to begin with, they shouldn't have decided to high-tail it out of there at the sight of a cop ok dumbass. then why didnt they just pull them out of the car and do their normal procedure of beating the shit out of them and cuffing them. to then convict them of their guilt? NO, fuck that... lets just murder the bastards! god you are a moron idk why they didn't. if you'd read my posts, you'd see im not defending the cops actions, im condemning the dumbasses that decided to get themselves killed over nothing. the point you're not seeming to understand is the police wouldn't have killed EITHER OF THEM had they not ran. what do you not understand about that? the victims fucked up, putting the cops in a situation in which they can majorly fuck up. and as cops often do, they did.
