Been hearing this for years. Every president since Carter has 'been about to declare martial law'. Why would they need to? We are already enslaved and do what we are told.

Though unlike Obama, I can respect a lot about Jerry Brown. I heard him once when he was running for Prez in the early 1990's, and he's a pretty solid guy.
