There will be.....the Norway seed vault's (location and construction specs) expediency of completion and stocking says a lot. The constant hype about climate change is another. Notice in the MSM lately they are warning of flooding? The reason the system is being made to collapse or perhaps being held up a bit longer is because of the inevitability of what's coming and the potential of it to cause a chaotic collapse of their age old system of control.
