the earth has tilted at some degrees hence why the constellation orion has appeared in a different location.

Same to as why the moon is tilted nearly sideways recentley.

The more you are near the equator line, the more the objects in the sky moves less (I mean on the rise/set zone just up on the horizon line).

SO its supposed that the guy well knows his stuff, I mean that the constellation started to appear in winter pretty in the same horizon location.

Yes, and? The constellations don't rise at differing locations on the horizon as the seasons progress- they rise earlier. He is talking about Orion's "normal rising spot", as he says in the vid description.
