Quoting: Justalittlebad Not in my capacity as a low-level government functionary. I certainly have no qualms with the department for which I work. It functions fairly well (as well as it can) within the confines our lawmakers set forth for it. And it is, as a whole, becoming more conscious of not doing stupid shit. I call BS.
