I feel like I keep trying to leave my body. Makes it hard to walk.

I posted my own thread about what I was feeling because I hadn't noticed this one. Another member pointed me to this thread as it was already pinned and related. It seems that there are cycles involved with this energy and anxiety("these waves") Here's the content from the thread I had posted before learning about this thread.

Mind is running heart is pounding
Feeling the truth is something outstounding

Feeling reeling letting go
Racing yet pacing need to take it slow

Pulled to a place called home
Strange yet it's a thread that I've sewn

Driving thriving because I need to know
The journey makes a forgotten part of me glow

Yearning and turning until I figure it out
Obstacles and distractions can't break the route

I'm feeling a lot of energy today(couldn't sleep last night) and I felt like trying to write about the feeling even though I'm not very talented at writing.

I have always found that my gut feelings are pretty good indication of things to come. and it seems these last 2 days that the time to prepare is over there is nothing further I can do do to be ready for what is about to come. It is really kind of weird, things I normaly worry about like bills ,work ect just don't seem to even matter because it feels like that is about to be the last thing will even care about very very soon.

If you are in fear, you live in fear and it is surrounding you.
If you try to break free, you will ultimately do it, a step at a time.

Accept yourself in the present moment and allow it until you can own it.

Requirement of spiritual tools based in neutrality to operate perceptually correct? a shared unified open awareness technique that works?

So putting the new age aside and looking at balances, it appears to be roughly the above that we are in the midst of tonight.

I Thank You All so much for the discussion. I do think we hit a harmonic, possibly our first at this level, that means things are coming into tune.

Ever tuned a guitar or any stringed instrument? What happens when you get close to the tuning you are seeking for each string? the harmonics of the instrument and the other strings current tension.. vibrates so clearly in your hands.

This is the proof, I'm inclined to think, at this time.

I've been trying to think about the timing, and I wish I had kept track of these wave hits over the years, though they have changed in nature for sure, but I didn't make paper notes :/

Well shit, I never believed these kind of threads but I have to admit I have been feeling a very positive energy that started about 2 days ago. Not normal to me. So yes.

Wow how odd this thread is here! At maybe 5 o'clock tonight I hadla maajjjoorrr de ja vu feeling.

I am bouncing on clouds as I walk or sit. I am bending my will towards several goals on the larger scale but my determination is distracted by personal melancholy. I'm sorry if my weaves are working through some of you but these things must be done. The electricity is crackling in my eyes and all over.

Awoke this morning to minus 7 centigrade temps, but the whole sky is clear as a bell, bird song everywhere, dogs are going berserk with joy the garden. The colours of sunrise are stunning and I have just taken an outdoor dip and feel like, well, on top of the world! And no, nothing consumed apart from a cup of coffee.

very good to hear. It should be a great day all around, for some at least.

Totally feeling ill and depressed today. So was my mom, exactly the same feelings etc. It was horrible.

When I walk to my kitchen, I keep having this feeling like I am out of my body for an instant. I said to my mom recently, who lives with me, "I just felt like I was watchign myself from outside myself for a moment!" and shook my head hard. She then told me SHE had experienced the SAME THING recently. And we just don't talk like that. We're really well grounded, common sense type folks. This has been happening on and off for about 3 weeks. Had it today.

Does anybody else have this? It's like I'm watching myself from behind, or from the side, and fell a bit light headed when it happens. I even considered something tangible like carbon monoxide or something, but our house is so drafty, even when closed up for winter, I don't see how that's possible.
