It would not surprise me in the least. As bizarre as it might seem this could be the issue that initiates a real battle between the Feds and State rights.

i was for this bill until i saw an article stating if for some reason you are arrested or questioned, they will test your blood to see if you have used marijuana. since it stays in the body for 30 days you are fucked even if you hadn't smoked in weeks, i may have forgotten several details since i read this article hours after the bill passed

The state will no longer enforce it. If you wanna send in feds to bust weed smokers, go ahead. Just more proof that the federal government is completely out of control.
