Re: Smoking Weed Helped Me "See"
Speaking of DMT. I have a friend who had some crazy OBE experiences. You said that some entities showed him that dreams are actually your brain's best attempt at interpreting a super psychedlic trip. So every night you trip your balls off and explore the cosmos then in the morning you only remember the meatshell's best interpretation of what happened. Strengthening your awareness and physical intellect helps you remember accurately. Anyone agree or have any tips on how to remember the trip better?

You will remember any breakthroughs, don't worry. This is true for natural and psychedelic states. It should also be noted that the "mystical" and pseudopsychedelic effects of weed are ultimately a result of endogenous DMT and serotonin release. So a psychedelic is ultimately more effective than cannabis where "breakthroughs" are concerned.

Again I'm interested in psychedelics but more interested in how to achieve these states naturally and apply this "breakthroughs" to normal waking life. I want to start living in the light and love that I experienced all the time. I don't want to lose it and forget.

I want to break the cycle of forgetting.

Also, dreams are indeed a bleed-off if you will, of the brain processing the events of the day. DMT greatly raises the brain's processing power via activation of high energy serotonergic circuits. Dreams aren't useful for enlightenment, the latter is a fully conscious development.

I found that DMT gave me the same state which is achieved from the highest meditation practices, the sound of OM.
Cant say i ever managed to come close to what i experienced on DMT, but its still very profound.
I think you can achieve the same results solely through meditation, but only with years of work and cleansing.

Awaking your kundalini is the road you seek i think.
Learn to work with the energy and the experience you seek will come.

Re: Smoking Weed Helped Me "See"
I had an intense spiritual experience with weed. Should I keep smoking weed or is there a "next step?" I've started dream projecting in hopes of being able to find some knowledge in the astral. Any advice for me?

entheogens are a means to an end, not the end themselves. Simply listen to your self, your inner I.

if you're interested in reaching new transcendental plateaus, investigate salvinorum a, LSD, Psilocin and contemplative inturning; meditation.

Welcome to the road, Shaman.

Re: Smoking Weed Helped Me "See"
It should be noted that the synthetic psychedelics can equal DMT in terms of intensity. LSD, 2-Cx, DOx and others that last 8hrs or longer can be absolutely mind blowing. It's difficult to overdose, and while people certainly do withstand ridiculous doses... they can make Ayahuasca seem like a stroll in the park. Or so I've been told; as I said I can't keep ayahuasca down.

Personally, there was one time on a 2-Cx that my astral body nearly shattered. Not a good line to cross. But one HELL of a ride for all the crazy psychonauts out there... time dilation becomes particularly obvious, even seeming to slow to a stop at times.
