Satellite , cable outages nationwide

The xfinity system crashed or shut down for about half hour and has been noted going out or no service through parts of the country ... And when I searched info not only was there substantial posts on the issue but I got info like this

B, 1, 56, 16, IIR, RB, 06 DEC 2012, FCSTDV, 2012076 - SVN56 (PRN16) FORECAST OUTAGE JDAY ... A USABINIT NANU WILL BE SENT WHEN THE SATELLITE IS SET ACTIVE TO ...

Notice the outage jday... It just seems a bit to coincidental to not notice.
