How to cope with chemo?
My friend is refusing to choose only alternative medicine and wants to go through chemo. I told her that baking soda and avoiding carbohydrates will be good for her, but I don't know anything that will help battle the side effects of chemo. Please, anything to help my friend battle cancer I will take and try to transfer to her (she is sheep).

Just because she is sheep doesnt mean she deserves to die for her stupidity. She is 17 years old, she has a LONG life ahead of her, please, give knowledge.

I did see research saying that weed helps, I will suggest that to her, but no promises.

Just say no. Chemo kills. There are many substances that limit cancer and often cure it, but the MSM won't ever mention them. Vitamin D in mega amounts to start.

It's going to take a lot out of her. Be around as much as you can. She feels she has no choice but be sure to explain she can mix naturotherapy and modern medicine. Show her YouTube vidoes and websites of people with successful natural cures to inspire her.

I used a really nasty combo that I swear works. And it surprisingly made life easier - I didn't get near as ill as most chemo.patients do. And I think it may be what got rid of it too.

I found it right here on glp. Hang on and I'll find the thread
Goodbye, halcyon days...

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened.

Heard good things about this,
[link to gerson.org]
but if she insists on chemo, then (preferably) eating weed in brownies or whatever will help with the nausea. Chemo made my friends throat very sore, pineapple juice helped with that. I just had lung cancer, but was really lucky in as much as they found it early and surgically removed it. If I had needed chemo or radiation, I really don't think I would have done it. But I guess you never know till you have to make that choice. All the best to her, and you.
