Lifestyle choices aren't sex offences. I was referring specifically to that. IIRC Daniels / McGee are rumoured to be swingers, Eubank is just fucking strange and I think Widdecombe might well be a lesbian, but that's not relevant.

If he was released without charge then fair enough on not naming him.

I very much doubt this accusation, Max had a lot of juicy information to be aired, not scraping the bottom of the barrel as a distraction i.e. Garry Glitter etc like the british media.
I doubt very much any MP or above is going to jail. Mud sticks very easily in the U.K. it's an old trick.BAH BAH
