Flights delayed, train services cancelled due to toxic cloud

Train lines departuring from Retiro central stations have cancelled all services due to the toxic cloud that invaded Buenos Aires City today as result of a pesticide spill in the port area.
Likewise Subway C line is not reaching to Retiro station, while the Metrpopolitan Airport Jorge B. Newbery has also called the cancellation of its entire operations.

­Initial reports suggested the container was filled with either mercury or pesticide, and caught on fire shortly after exploding. As the flames were put out, yellow smoke billowed out of the container. City officials believe the container may have been transporting garbage of "low toxicity."

I find it hard to believe they don't know what's in the container - it 'may' be any of the 3 above

Is it really under control or is that what the government is saying??

Pedestrians in the city center covered their faces with masks and handkerchiefs as the fumes caused tearing and vomiting. Some subway and train services were canceled, a railway terminal and streets near the port closed, and flights from the domestic airport suspended, TN TV channel reported. A cruise ship in the port was evacuated.

Transport starts to normalize after toxic cloud scare

Transport services were slowly going back to normal after the weather warning for heavy storms and the news of a cloud of toxic smoke coming from a shipping container caused various cancellations on the trains, subways and on flights out of Aeroparque.

Train services were partial still, due to the fact that departures out of Retiro were still cancelled, after it was evacuated earlier today.
