Summary: The U.S. House of Representatives has unanimously approved a resolution to oppose U.N. intent to govern and regulate the Internet at its WCIT-12 conference in Dubai, currently underway. Because the Intelligence apparatus of the United States needs a free internet; they need free speech because without free speech there is no intelligence; only false information, acting, and "compensation" for public awareness... in short, it means less jobs, it means a costraining need instead of a expanding need for intelligence forces. It makes their jobs harder, and reduces their capacity. The more free and the more comfortable people feel on the internet, the more viable the intelligence. The CIA , FBI, should remain independent of certain threats, especially government policy capture by specific political parties that results in defacto dictatorship; be it democrat or republican; All it takes is probably 500 million or less to buy direct control of the entire country, through political bribery. A controlled internet puts the public awareness in control of the same small group of people, who have bribed and directed the legislative process.
