What are you seeing in your local community, and do you think it's picking up? How badly are you affected by the economic downturn?  Economy in Long Island/NY metro area a hell hole, as it was SETUP to be, going back to Communist Infiltrator FDR and the 2 Kapo Jews, the Levitts, that started Suburban SETUP Long Island/NY metro area.. Long Island/NY metro area a Complete SETUP going back 80+ years...  I'm very sorry to hear that...I was raised in Huntington, thought LI was a great place to live back when Down in Dallas and Austin things are pretty good, lots of people going out to eat, buying expensive cars, many luxury apartment buildings going up by me ...although when you leave the city and head out to some of the smaller towns in the region there are many for sale and for lease signs in the centers of town so far so good, but I know it is worse elsewhere....
