Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22890929  I would have no problem with this as long as they signed a contract stating that they RENOUNCE all Union CONTRACTUAL TERMS and agree the UNION does not represent them. Thus the employer could pay them less/they embrace at will employment at its fullest etc. but that is not what these people want from my experience. As long as people make the choices you think they should make, then you have no problem... Typical.... Did it ever occur to you that maybe you don't know what is best for anyone except yourself? How dare "these people" want something without paying for it? How dare "these people" benefit from someone else's scarifice, from someone else's sweat, from someone else's union dues. It's just not right that someone else should benefit from the struggle of others isn't that right Commrade? It's alright for you to take from others, but you'll be damned if someone takes from you. Your needs dont matter because you are not 'chosen' to matter. Try to start your own unaffiliated union and see what happens to you, it wont be your employer that buries you in the desert, it will the the 'chosen' unions that do the deed/ Unions are for the control and exploitation of the subhuman animals, both within and outside of the unions.  nothing more need be said! |
