Mack faces an eight-count indictment accusing him agreeing to a $119,000 bribery scheme involving his brother, Ralphiel Mack, and a longtime supporter, Joseph "JoJo" Giorgianni, the owner of JoJo's Steak House in the city. Give them ownership and they fuck it up. then blame it on white people. White cities keep going because people do things unheard of by most blacks, like Pay bills and Work.
