Do you secretly get pissed off when someone green pins your red pin worthy thread?

No, you're being ungrateful. YOU may think it deserves a red pin, but if it really did, it would have one.

Trust me, I know what gets pinned and what doesn't.

I didn't say that. I said that if you were to have to make a choice, anybody would choose a red pin over a green one simply because most of the time it was voted on by your peers who have suggested a pin.

The green ones just seem a little bit less in value is all.

I've had threads that I KNOW would get a red pin and someone green pins it.

I am grateful, but they should ask.

some stuff get looked over and some members get pinned with virtually every thread they make

it's all in fun.......I pinned "BREAKING!! Lights out, Boeing creates the first working EMP bomb!" because I do not depend on the MODS to RED pin what I think is important when I have the ability to do it myself. Your point is not without a smidgen of merit, however.
