if your a banker money, hording stocks, bonds and commercial paper, and have enough money and political pull to HIRE a number of men with guns and gummint agencies to protect yout property and allow you access to the gummint youre no problem,
but if your some john q pissant, and want some spare food and supplies so you can survive for a week should uncke decide to leave you to die or the basketball americans may resist looting and killing you for something they want, unckle comes down on you both feet and carries your things off so you have to pay to get them back.
