My point was in any initial contact with cops ... the contactee is considered a dog. Auto death sentence 99% of the time whether he's a felon or not. Anybody surrounded by over 25 cops is only one bullet away from stone cold dead. And at any particular moment a dozen of them will say the dog snarled and looked like it was going to attack. felon saint dog family guy ... dead man
