Power outages sweeping across Central Texas water does not conduct electricity. Quoting: Alufiend 29210298 impurities in water conducts electricity. you could stand in a bucket of distilled water, put jumper cables in both sides, attach it to a car battery, and you won't get shocked. electricity is the movement of electrons. water is a perfect molecule. no extra electrons to bump off, no voids to fill. Ok, this is the jouney lineman's explanation. Dust is the likely cause. Texas has been dry. Usually the rain washes the dust away...When there is a bulid up of dust, then fog, the minerals in the fog causes the electricity to arc to the pole and cause the pole to catch fire. Quoting: StormeyGoddess So, there you have it, no conspiracy. Solar activity is not going to hit just Texas, guys. :-) Hope this helps. That's what I said the very first time...:-) The minerals in the fog... :-) "Don't look back, you're not going that way." "As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.” |

Our store power went out and the adjacent stores power also. This is in VA, so it is far away from Texas but just throwing it out there. |

Power outages sweeping across Central Texas This is from the dust and other contaminants collecting on the insulators. When the fog came, it was just enough moisture to cause the contaminants to collect. Over time, this build up causes the insulator to fail. When it fails, the distance from the Energized line to ground is shortened and it literally ionizes the air, and grounds. ELECTRICITY ONLY WANTS TO GOTO GROUND. Power outages sweeping across Central Texas I have a theory: they are recycling solar videos the way "burgalrs" in movies switch out security tape and loop scenes to make it look like real-time. That means that all of the data we are receving should correspond perfectly to some past chunk of time, and therfore could be proven, if all of the data was accessible/ just quantify all of the types of activity and then match it up with other 24hr cycles, and anything that looks similar should then be scrutinized until the match is found Do You Guys Believe SevenOfNine and Chokotay Hook Up?
