I'd say sit down and talk to him and ask him for any phone records that she might have try to remember what time you seen them and look for any possible phone calls made from or to her a couple of hours before .... If you find out the number call it pretending to be her all while recording, this should be enough evidence ask him if he enjoyed his time at the restaurant and if you guys should do it again soon....
