Nah, I would tell him now and let him hire the PI, or offer to help him by hiring a PI now while he's away -- but even if the PI finds nothing, he should eventually know what you've seen and decide the next step. Are you serious? Everybody that works oil has cheating spouses, Its par for the course. I know because I have worked the oil industry out of town for 10 years.

The smartest thing to do is simply tell them to go ahead and do it and let them know how it works out. They don't know how to handle that because if they admit yes, then the guy can do the same (which they abhor even though they do it themselves). They loose control of their man that way because he is saying he doesn't care if she sluts away.

A Little update..I said nothing about what I saw..but Yesterday..My Brother Calls my father and to tell him his wife wants a divorce...the house and Alimony..WHY DOES SHE WANT THE DIVORCE??

Get the proof! Are you aware that your brother could sue the man for romancing his wife while she was still married? Many cases have gone to court and huge sums of money have been awarded. I'm always afraid of suing someone because of retaliation, but it's a thought.

i'm a bit of a control freak myself, so if it is haunting you *and* you feel you can do your brother some good, yes, go out and get the spy equipment... or better yet just reach in your pocket and hire the private detective yourself, TODAY, so there is no more back-and-forth and turmoil in your life either.

it would be interesting to see what she would say if you mentioned what you saw CASUALLY, and in a (pseudo) friendly way, but I don't think you should do this before working to get the raw audio/video footage.
