Tell the reporter he or she can watch it.

Then email the school board president, the school principal, and the music teacher -- with the link to the YouTube video.

I was forced to learn how to make Latkas, or whatever those potato pancakes were called in my ultra-liberal private school. But Christmas was banned because we didn't want to offend the non-Christians.

A Dreidel is just a kids toy OP, I don't think this is anything to be upset about.

In our Christmas play we sang fiddler on the roof and Aladdin songs.

Jewish people are also a very small percentage of the US population...I think 2% is the figure. Why should the majority's beliefs be supressed as something shameful while those of a small minority are celebrated?

And my 6 year old came home with some Christmas paper coloring that was like a Menorah or something. Can't remember the name of it because I threw it out. It was like Mrynth or something. Never talk about Jesus though.

It may be a Jewish song....but they are CHRISTIANS who celebrate in much the same way as non-Jews.

Still....I would go have a chat with the music teacher to make sure it's not an agenda and that other traditional Christmas songs are being sung as well.

Atleast the Menorah is biblical, this can't be said of christmas. Jesus was born during Sukkot, while 25 December was a pagan holiday. Christmas is all about getting each other expensive gifts and stuffing yourself with turkey, what has that got to do with Jesus?
