How is that at all similar?? in your example, your child is being taught a jewish song whi;e penalties are attached to the mention of christmas in mine, children are taught christian songs and penalties are attached to the practice of judaism |

You can't penalize someone for practicing one religion while saying another is ok. That's my whole point. |
