thanks for the great advice. I've been limiting myself job-wise because my wifes parents are old and both sick. She refuses to move from the area while they're still alive. My job is only 2 miles from my house so it's easy for me to use that as an 'excuse' to stay. But they let their feelings show today. If you run a company without some heart and common sense you deserve to fail. Telling all of your employees that they may never receive a raise again is ridiculous and discounts those who give more. Even though I'm salaried I always work overtime and am always the first one in in the morning.. Maybe it's time to part ways.
