Yes but the use of WP has been banned by NATO. We try not to use it anymore because it causes severe burning trauma and if you get it on you you are not getting it off. WP is not a fun or even moral thing to use, and this is coming from a former military person. Except in dire or extreme situations where the use of WP would resolve the situation with less loss or civilian life, I don't agree with its use.
