Can you cruise in from a neighboring state and make a purchase? Or, do you have to have an in-state license?

Can someone from instate answer this?

I'm not from either of those states, and it's not an question for me. But, I'm gonna give my point of view.

If MJ is still illegal in your state, then the answer is probably no.

Damn I wish Indiana could be that progressive.

I lived in Indy for 24 years, I would say Indiana will be one of the last states to do this.


Typically speaking Democratic leaning states are way more likely to pass legal marijuana.

Not trying to brag or anything, but I just had my first legal bowl. Think about that. For the first time in my lifetime, people are legally smoking, vaping, eating, or drinking some some pretty good product.

Up til now,medical patients have been able to feel pretty safe, but in reality,they have only had a legal defense this entire time. They could have been arrested and their crops could have still been destroyed. They would have just been able to use the doctors note in their defense

Some may have wake&baked without fear of prosecution for the first time. Well not a legitimate fear.

4:20 was probably the longest minute some have experienced in a long time.

Haters gonna hate, and its not a perfect law, but it is pretty damn awesome to live in the state with the first legal weed.
