What should I do? I am thinking about heading east maybe Russia. The way I see it is simple. I see my government being seriously criminal and taking part in abhorrent behaviour and this behaviour makes me feel physically sick. The money i have paid in taxes have been used to oppress others abroad and now the UK is thinking of putting a travel ban on some prominent Russian officials who in my eyes have done nothing but expose criminal behaviour of the west. So the question is this, should I move or what should I do?

It's just happening a bit faster in your neck of the woods. Somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere would be better than anywhere in the North, though. Just an opinion.
