No human has the capacity to overdose on marijuana. You have to smoke at least twice your body weight to risk an overdose.

If any death was involved it was from doctors sticking random chemicals in her body to "regulate her blood".

I once died from smoking 2 whole marijuana's. They brought me back to life and I haven't smoked since. Marijuanas, not even once.

It is possible to adulterate joints with other things, like PCP or opiates (Thai sticks.)
