Despite my previous critical posts; which im sure you will jump on, we need to aknowledge that it's the system itself that has become illegitimate; and refuse to participate in it.

The Establishment has failed the american people; because they've been bribed to put us ruinously in debt with the Federal Reserve... think of all the unnecessary expendatures in government; and you'll see this is by design... to get us deeper in the hole to the benefit of an overpowered private corporate lobby.

SEN. RAND PAUL: I have yet another thought on how we can fix this. Why don't we let the Democrats pass whatever they want? If they are the party of higher taxes, all the Republicans vote present and let the Democrats raise taxes as high as they want to raise them, let Democrats in the Senate raise taxes, let the president sign it and then make them own the tax increase. And when the economy stalls, when the economy sputters, when people lose their jobs, they know which party to blame, the party of high taxes. Let's don't be the party of just almost as high taxes.

(video at link)
 Quoting: Carshy McCarsh

Actually, this would be the better thing to do. I hate the idea of the cliff-falling, but since Obama refuses to even consider any other option, then let him and his army of self loving assholes tax themself into oblivion. Then when everything falls ontop of them, and it will, they will only be able to blame themselves, and give all credence to everything the Republicans have been saying about Obama. That is the ONLY way the leftists are ever going to see the truth about their omnipotent Obama.
 Quoting: 071676

This is probably a good strategy, politically. However, what those in BOTH Parties tend to lose sight of is that thousands of families already exist on the edge of poverty, only one or two paychecks from living under a bridge. They represent the TRUE faces of increased taxation, and are lost within all of the glib statistics continually thrown about by our "leaders".

I believe that taxes on the rich need to happen. I am realistic in that it will not cure all evils, like the Dems believe. I realize that the mental block that is happening cannot be fixed. The Dems and raising taxes on the rich is like a skip in a record, it will not stop repeating the same thing until you nudge the needle.

As for Rand Paul, I have no opinion on him. He is early in his career and so far people are not impressed is the general feeling feeling I get.

Great idea. But look at the numbers. Say 20% flat tax. that means the wealthy will have thier taxes lowered to 20% and the poor will have thier taxes raised to 20%. It is equal and fair for everyone but that is not how it will be spun in the media.

This is one of those Right vs. Left games that drive me crazy. And I can't believe that some actually rally behind the idiots that continue to promulgate this false dichotomy.

When one side says to let the other side raise taxes so that the people will take notice the net result is still taxes that are raised!

Don't trust politicians who are willing to play the game for a future "gotchya!"

I have no doubt that taxes are going up. But I am even more sure that spending will go up more than the taxes collected. The end result will be fewer employed and more of the rich that can afford to leaving the USA.

Is this what you really want? Well, I guess if we are going down I suppose the faster the better. And this administration is hell bent on getting us there on the A train.
 Quoting: John Nash

Politics is just pro wrestling in another form. However, now it has become clear that the media and a majority of the country no longer cheer the Republican and that Obama is now scripted as the only hero along with his Democrat followers. the writers can no longer script the Republican as anything but a fall guy. That is what the audience wants now.

Are you trying to represent the Federal Reserve is NOT a private corporation?

Here then:

Federal Reserve Banks are “independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations”, and there is not sufficient “federal government control over ‘detailed physical performance’ and ‘day to day operation’” of the Federal Reserve Bank for it to be considered a federal agency:

1) Eliminate 501c(3), totally
2) Unlimited charitable giving but only to charities who supply food and housing to the poor. Fuck all these commie tax-free trusts and organizations who are busy teaching kids how to be gay and how to collapse capitalist economies.
3) Oh fuck it, just eliminate the income tax. It is, after the Federal Reserve, the root of every evil in government.

If 'they' "let" the Democrats pass taxes and do what he says, they own it by virtue of allowing it to occur and doing nothing. What utter garbage, but he has followed this passive mode and whatever he is waiting for the right time to do to show his integrity it will be over and too little too late.

Its the corruption of the "justice" (whatever that means) system that upholds voidable contracts, and attempts to make them enforceable.

someone needs to understand that peaceful resistance through compliance only ever worked against those who attempted to be at least outwardly christian. Peaceful resistance against any others simply targeted you for extermination anywhere else.
IF you think there is anyone attempting to 'rule' via anything remotely as limiting as christianity, you have no understanding of what's coming next.

I am of course referring to christianity as the concepts voiced by the founder, not the 'christianity' as interpreted by monarchs or self appointed and self annointed quasigovernmental organizations
