Additionally, many seem to be unaware of the fact that the "lower" tax rates are for INTEREST paid on investments. They could have taken their money and bought something, but instead they put it into the Stock Market which then provided money for other businesses to grow. These guys already paid a tax ONCE on their EARNINGS, then they invested what was left. So they are actually being DOUBLE-TAXED. If one were to add together BOTH taxes, it would be MANY times more than the average schmoe pays.
