And experts say whatever this outbreak is - it appears to be spreading fast. Coughing, sneezing, vomiting are just a few of the symptoms sweeping through Southwest Florida. "It's been a quite a concern," said Naples resident Nancy O'Brien, who has a 102-year-old mother in a nursing home.
