Lovely, as usual, dear friend. And so in tune with what I've been seeing myself. I'd like to share some thoughts here and invite input.

You stated:

"As mentioned, when we start on this journey, finding a true balance, and beeing that true light and pure love in a world that is perhaps not so interested, it is at times a lonely journey...

You get to see things in a much clearer light, and stuff that before connected us to other may suddenly seem less important...

Our true caring and sensitivity to others will increase too, that might give days where you are just feeling sad and wish to cry...

So, waking up is in many ways a tough proces..."

I believe facing the loneliness is the hardest part on this journey. I used to think forgiving oneself is, but the loneliness is indeed very hard. We are social.

Anyway, I've been thinking about this a lot. I know language has a huge impact on the neurons of the brain. There is a fast growing science called neuroplasticity
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

and stroke patients are rewiring their brain. Additionally, the brain is fractal. One of the main ways of working with the brain is through language, according to these scientists. It's even better than drugs.

Another thing I read about is people who have been in LSD experiments, came through the experience better when they received counseling beforehand. (This actually reminds me of the Native Americans where the shaman decides when those under his charge partake any substance.)

And, if you consider the impact of symbols, esp. in the form of sigils, I think we can put our minds together and meditate on this. Maybe a roadmap of sorts can be laid out to assist people. It may only be used for certain parts of the journey, but who knows? If we take it on as a project, maybe more can be accomplished than any of us know.

I used to make my own sigils but I have also learned objective input is valuable. It forces you to consider another option and at the same time scan inwardly to see if it works for you. (I Ching comes to mind here.)

I'm just putting pieces together on this. I actually think some kind of biofeedback machine is needed, but anyway, I would love to hear what anyone else might add to these thoughts.

Thanks so much for your ceaseless, loving input 141. You are truly an inspiration. Pondering's, indeed.
